At some point in your life your mission needs to end. No one wants to work forever and we want your time served in our unit to be rewarding. So we will help you save and prepare for retirement with our 401K and Profit Sharing plans. We will ensure you can live comfortable when your deployment with us is over.
PAID VACATIONS AND HOLIDAYS
We all need furlough, time off to spend with others outside of our unit. So we have a very gracious paid vacation and paid holidays policy that affords our team members plenty of time for some replenishing R&R.
INCREASING BONUSES
We are all in this fight together and we strongly believe in rewarding our squad when the mission is accomplished. We offer bonuses to our staff that increase over time as your time served with us increases. Hard work pays off when you work with Dirt Ops.
FURNISHED TRANSPORTATION TO JOB SITE
We generally tackle jobs that are in a 50 mile radius. We understand that time spent driving is money. So we provide transportation for our squad to the mission site. All you have to do is get to our office and we take it from there. If you are on the way, we will pick you up!
NO EXPERIENCE NO PROBLEM
We realize that having experience for the job is a definite advantage. But we also realize that just because you’ve never done something before doesn’t mean you won’t excel at it once given the chance. Here at Dirt Ops we will give you that chance! We provide on-the-job training in order to ensure you are properly equipped to accomplish the mission you have been assigned.

Dirt Ops brings decades of experience in site work, grading, stormwater management, and land development. Our roots began with grading and stormwater projects for highways and parking lots, and over the years our capabilities have expanded to include larger and more complex commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
